A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance or full payment and share a booking reference number with you.

Seats on every departure are limited and allotted on a first-confirmed basis. An enquiry or a filled form does not reserve a seat.

Prices shown on the website are per person unless mentioned otherwise and cover only the inclusions listed on that trip page.

Any balance amount must be cleared before the reporting time of the trip.

Prices may change for a future departure, but a confirmed booking is never re-priced.

Cancellation 15 days or more before the departure date: 90% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or a no-show: no refund. You may transfer your seat to another person by informing us at least 48 hours in advance.

If Nagpur Hikers cancels a departure for weather, safety or operational reasons, you may take a full credit for a future trip or a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Participants must honestly disclose medical conditions such as asthma, heart conditions, recent surgeries or pregnancy while booking.

Trek leaders may stop any participant from continuing if they judge it unsafe. Their decision on the trail is final.

Alcohol, narcotics and disruptive behaviour are strictly not allowed on our trips. We may remove a participant without refund for such behaviour.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or, for institutional trips, an authorised staff member.

Trekking and adventure travel carry inherent risk. Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Nagpur Hikers is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, strikes, forest department restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always try to offer a reasonable alternative.

Routes, timings and stay arrangements may change for safety, permission or availability reasons. Any such change is communicated to the group as early as possible.

Photos and videos taken during our trips may be used on our website and social media. Write to us on WhatsApp if you would prefer your photos not be used publicly.
