When you book a trip or send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, travel date, group size, emergency contact and any medical or dietary information you choose to share.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage information about how visitors move through the website so we can improve it.

To confirm your booking and send trip details such as reporting point, timings and packing list.

To contact you about changes to your departure, or to follow up on an enquiry you sent us.

To arrange permits, transport and accommodation where the operator requires participant details.

To share occasional updates about upcoming treks. You can opt out any time by telling us on WhatsApp.

Card, UPI and netbanking details are handled entirely by our payment partner. Nagpur Hikers never sees or stores your full card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

We share only what is necessary with transport operators, stay providers, forest authorities and insurance partners for the trip you booked.

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and safety records, and then deleted.

Access to booking data is restricted to authorised Nagpur Hikers staff through password-protected accounts.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
